Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who visited the Third People's Hospital of Shenzhen from January 2016 to November 2023 and underwent biopsy or surgical resection, meeting the following two conditions: a. Diagnosed with granulomatous disease, or extrapulmonary tuberculosis, or pulmonary tumors; b. Samples were prepared by the pathology department as formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) specimens.
