EK group:Esketamine 0.2mg/kg is injected within 1 min before sufentanil injection
C group:3ml normal saline was infused intravenously 1 minute before the sufentanil injection

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals aged 18-70 years, with ASA grades I-II, and preparing for elective general anesthesia tracheal intubation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Refusal of participants, ASA grades>II, BMI = 30kg/m2, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, history of chronic cough, history of bronchial asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, acute upper respiratory tract infection, recent use of bronchodilators and steroid hormones, angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors, psychiatric patients, hypertension, patients with allergic reactions to study drugs
