Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with diabetic foot were diagnosed in accordance with the "Chinese Clinical Pathway for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Diabetic Foot" (2023 edition) formulated by the Chinese Diabetic Society; Meet Wagner grades 2 ~ 4; (2) In line with blood stasis type (3) Age 40-80 years old; (4) The patient's ankle-brachial index was within the required range: 0.8 < 1.3; (5) All patients signed informed consent for treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) ischemic diabetic foot ulcers; (2) Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency, defined as: alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and/or aspartate aminotransferase (AST) =2* the upper limit of normal value prescribed by the Center (ULN), or serum creatinine (Scr) > 1.5*UNL; (3) Patients with malignant tumors or mental diseases; (4) Surgical or interventional angiogenesis treatment; (5) Participants who had participated in other clinical trials 4 weeks before inclusion.
