Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subtopic 1:Dietary nutrition survey and metabolic study of pregnant women with abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism during pregnancy Pregnant women: ? Pregnant women aged 24-28 weeks, = 20 years and<45 years; ? Individuals with no history of abnormal pregnancy or childbirth, such as habitual abortion, stillbirth, stillbirth, neonatal death, neonatal hemolytic jaundice, congenital defects or hereditary diseases; ? Normal pregnancy, not treated for pregnancy or long-term preservation of pregnancy; ? No major underlying diseases such as tumors; ? Can communicate normally; ? Pregnant women should maintain local traditional dietary habits for a long time before childbirth, and also eat according to local dietary habits after childbirth; ? During the research period (within the next year), there are no plans to leave the original place of residence; ? The plan is to adopt pure breastfeeding and be able to cooperate in completing surveys and sampling. Basic conditions for newborn selection: ? Single term newborns (37-41 weeks); ? Birth weight (2500-4000g); ? No birth defects; ? Regular physical examination is generally healthy; ? Pregnant women should maintain local traditional dietary habits for a long time before childbirth, and also eat according to local dietary habits after childbirth; ? During the research period (within one year), there were no plans to leave the original place of residence; ? The caregiver signs an informed consent form. Subtopic 2: assessment of nutrient requirements in late preterm infants Late preterm infants:? The gestational age is 34-36 weeks. ?Hospital admission within 24h postpartum, at least 3 days in hospital, have complete clinical records. ? The vital signs were stable and enteral feeding during hospitalization.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subtopic 1: Dietary nutrition survey and metabolic study of pregnant women with abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism during pregnancy Pregnant women: ? Severe bleeding during pregnancy, such as placenta previa and placental abruption; ? Pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome; ? Pregnancy combined with internal medicine diseases, such as heart disease, nephritis, viral hepatitis, severe anemia, viral infections (cytomegalovirus, herpes virus, rubella virus), etc.; ? Exposure to harmful substances during pregnancy, such as radiation, isotopes, pesticides, chemical toxins, CO poisoning, and medication that affects fetal development; ? Multiple pregnancies; ? Those who have taken various measures to prevent pregnancy after natural pregnancy and have been bedridden for a total of 3 months or more. Exclusion criteria for newborns: ? Chromosomal abnormalities; ? Congenital malformation; ? Endocrine or metabolic diseases (congenital hypothyroidism, diabetes, etc.); ? Cesarean section and other midwifery methods for delivery; ? Artificial feeding was adopted during the first month of lactation. (Breast milk is the only source of milk) Subtopic 2: assessment of nutrient requirements in late preterm infants Late preterm infants: congenital malformations, genetic metabolic diseases, surgical history and other major systemic diseases.
