70 Years to 100 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age>70 years old; (2) The degree of disability is mild to moderate, and the duration of disability is more than one month; (3) Be able to understand and cooperate in completing research topic evaluation, training, and related explanations; (4) Informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Elderly individuals assessed as having "good abilities" or "severe disabilities" in terms of disability level; (2) Patients who suffer from serious organ dysfunction, cognitive impairment, and other diseases that may affect treatment safety and cannot cooperate with treatment; (3) Acute phase of musculoskeletal system lesions or fresh trauma; (4) Withdrawal from the study during treatment or follow-up.
