Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Application part: ? In line with the DR diagnostic standard of the Chinese clinical diagnosis and treatment guidelines for diabetes retinopathy (2022), all patients were diagnosed as NPDR after relevant examinations; ? Random blood glucose: venous plasma glucose level = 11.1 mmol/L, or fasting blood glucose (FPG), venous plasma glucose level = 7.0 mmol/L, or blood glucose after 2 hours of glucose load, venous plasma glucose level = 11.1 mmol/L; ? 18 = Age<80 years old; ? Normal cognitive, mental, communication and comprehension abilities, as well as reading and writing abilities, able to proficiently use smartphones; ? Voluntarily agree to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form. Construction part: The selection criteria for experts are: ? having a master's degree or above in a relevant major; ? Personnel with deputy high or higher professional titles; ? Engaged in DR research or chronic disease management for more than 8 years; ? All experts have informed consent and voluntarily participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Application part: ? Other related diseases that affect vision, such as glaucoma, cataracts, etc. ?Diseases of important organs such as the heart, liver, and kidneys; ? Other metabolic diseases; ? History of mental illness or poor compliance; ? Participated in other studies within the past 3 months.
