Inclusion criteria: 1.critically ill patients, receiving invasive mechanical ventilation or non-invasive respiratory support (non-invasive ventilation or high flow oxygen) 2.18 years or older 3. written informed

Exclusion criteria: 1.pregnant or lactation 2.included in other clinical tiral 3.not adaptive according to the researcheres or doctors
