Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Diagnostic criteria of Western medicine: formulated with reference to the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Osteoarthritis issued in 2018: ?The patient's knee pain has recurred in the past 1 month; ?X-ray of the knee joint showed that the patient had reduced joint space, subchondral osteosclerosis and cystic changes, or osteophytes around the joints; ?The patient's synovial fluid (at least twice) is viscous and clear, and the WBC < 2000 pcs/mL; ?Patient age=50; ?The morning stiffness = 30 min; ?The patient has a bone fricative during activity. In addition to?, any of ?, ?, ?, ?, and? can be added to make a diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis. (2) Diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine: The diagnostic criteria for diseases and syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine refer to the diagnostic criteria for knee paralysis (liver and kidney deficiency type) in the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis" formulated in 2020:? Main symptoms: soreness and weakness of the knee joint, dull pain.?Secondary symptoms: soreness and weakness in the waist, aggravation of waist and knee soreness during exertion, accompanied by symptoms such as dizziness and tinnitus. The tongue is red, little lichen, and the pulse is thin and weak. (3) Aged between 40-80 years old; (4) Discontinuation of other therapies and drugs that may affect the observed indicators of this study during the period of acceptance of this study method; (5) There are no obvious contraindications to acupuncture treatment; (6) All patients had a single-knee disease; (7) All patients and their families have informed consent and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe heart, liver and kidney impairment, blood and respiratory diseases, endocrine diseases, hematological tumor diseases, rheumatic immune diseases and severe mental diseases; (2) Patients with knee fractures or tuberculosis and other diseases; (3) Pregnant and lactating females; (4) Patients with allergy to local anesthetics, poor skin condition on the knees, and those who are susceptible to infection are treated; (5) Patients with bleeding tendency and coagulation dysfunction; (6) Patients with certain cognitive impairment or speech and communication impairment;
