All Student Intervention Group:Intervention model for all students: campus environment intervention + health knowledge lectures + WeChat public number pushing
Control group of at-risk students:Intervention model for all students: campus environment intervention + health knowledge lectures + WeChat public number pushing
Intervention group for at-risk students:Intervention model for all students + intervention model for at-risk students (offline health classes + individualized instruction)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Children and adolescents aged 6-13 years old (based on ID age); ? Participants who are able to understand and comply with the study regulations; ?Parents or guardians willing to cooperate and agree to participate in the study; ? Signing the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Children and adolescents who have been diagnosed with a chronic disease or bone health problem and are receiving specific treatment; ? Children and adolescents with serious psychological or behavioral problems that prevent them from completing the requirements of the study; ? Children and adolescents whose parents or guardians do not agree to participate in the study.
