Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) For thoracolumbar spine surgery, the surgical incision is 10-15cm, and the operation lasts 2-4 hours 2) Gender is not limited; age 18-90 years old 3) BMI: 18.5-28kg/m2; male waist circumference is less than 85CM, female waist circumference is less than 80CM 4) Preoperative ASA score I-III; the patient has no severe hearing and visual impairment and is able to read. 5) Informed consent of the patient.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) There are diseases such as fever before surgery that can affect the body's inflammatory stress response indicators 2) Severe cardiopulmonary disease, severe liver and kidney insufficiency; history of dementia and mental illness 3) Have a history of brain and abdominal surgery 4) Current use of sedatives, antidepressants, or corticosteroids; those on antibiotic therapy 5) Daily use of probiotics, nursing home diet 6) Alcohol and drug dependence
