Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients undergoing lateral decubitus operation are willing to receive general anesthesia and sign informed consent, age =18 years old, male or female; ?ASA grade I-III, operation time =4h.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients who have severe respiratory disease, or have a history of respiratory infection in the past 2 weeks; ? Full stomach or reflux, aspiration risk; ? Contraindications of laryngeal mask/intubation, such as head and neck tumors, abnormal motion of head and neck, or throat malformations; ? Patients with a history of neurological or mental illness who cannot cooperate; ? The patient and his family refused to sign the informed consent.
