Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who underwent surgical treatment for small pulmonary nodules at the Department of Thoracic Surgery, China-Japan Friendship Hospital, Beijing, China (2) Age =18 years old (3) Lung nodule diameter =2cm, pure ground glass/mixed/solid nodule (4) Permanent residents, available for long-term follow up (5) Signed informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Refusal to sign the informed consent form (2) Impaired cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic and renal functions (3) Contraindications to surgery, such as inability to tolerate anesthesia, distant metastases, bleeding tendency, etc. (4) Combination of severe emphysema, tuberculosis, pneumothorax, pleural effusion (5) Patients with other conditions that are not suitable for interventional surgery, such as pregnancy, breastfeeding, long-term use of immunosuppressive drugs, serious infections
