Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Men aged = 22 years ; 2.Patients who were treated in the Department of Reproductive Endocrinology of our hospital and met the diagnostic criteria for oligoasthenospermia were referred to the 5th edition of WHO. 'Laboratory Manual of Human Semen Examination and Processing ' ; 3.Medical advice to oral vitamin E soft capsules, levocarnitine oral solution or its similar drugs for 3 months to treat oligoasthenospermia Symptoms ; 4.Junior high school and above education level, can identify and understand Chinese, no communication barriers ; 5.Consciousness, no serious medical and surgical and mental illness history ; 6.Voluntary to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Unexplained infertility and infertility due to both factors ; 2.Primary erectile dysfunction ; 3.Patients with other serious physical diseases or drug dependence ; 4. Other negative life events in the same period ; 5.To participate in other clinical drug trials or psychological intervention researchers.
