Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients undergoing lower urinary tract surgery who are over 60 years old. (2) ASA classification grade I-III. (3) Signed informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Contraindication to intrathecal anesthesia. (2) Post-spinal surgery. (3) Infection at the puncture site. (4) Coagulation disorders. (5) Allergy to local anesthetics. (6) Refusal to participate in this experiment.
