Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 65 years old = age =100 years old, ASA grade I-IV, scheduled for hip fracture surgery (internal fixation and joint replacement)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Refusing to participate in the study; (2) There are contraindications for intraspinal block (local anesthetic allergy, coagulation dysfunction, puncture site infection, serious heart disease, etc.); (3) History of spinal deformity or spinal surgery; (4) neurological diseases (lumbar spinal stenosis, lumbar disc herniation, myelopathy, etc.); (5) Communication barriers or inability to cooperate.
