Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with clinical suspicion of mild cognitive impairment (MCI) (2) Patients suspected of AD but with atypical clinical symptoms or complex causes (3) Patients with early-onset progressive cognitive decline (<65 years old) (4) Patients can be diagnosed with AD, and clinical needs to obtain amyloid information (5) Patients with subjective cognitive impairment (SCD) (6) People for whom the cause of cognitive impairment cannot be determined after clinical evaluation by experts (7) Patients whose AD cannot be diagnosed by routine examinations (8) Distinguish AD from other neurodegenerative diseases (9) Need to determine the severity of Tau in AD (10) Normal patients aged 50-100 years old without cognitive dysfunction want to evaluate the status of tau protein and Aß protein in the brain
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients allergic to ethanol; because the final product of the drug contains a small amount of ethanol. (2) Patients with claustrophobia; the PET/MR scanning gantry is long and the space is small. (3) Those who cannot remain still for more than 15 minutes due to various reasons. The patient remained motionless for strict alignment of the PET and MR images. (4) Metal implants. MR magnetic field imaging will attract metal dislocations, causing displacement and heat, causing damage to the patient. (5) Research participants, parents or legal representatives are unable or unwilling to provide written informed consent. (6) The researcher believes that the patient is not suitable to participate in this study.
