Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1)Regional nerve block group ?After specialist consultation, the patient cannot tolerate or is not recommended to complete the operation under general anesthesia due to poor cardiopulmonary function and other reasons, and the patient agrees to use the anesthesia method of regional nerve block to complete the operation; ?Fear of general anesthesia, do not want to do general anesthesia patients with breast diseases; ?No history of mental illness; ?No allergic history of local anesthetics. (2) General anesthesia group ?Patients with a definite diagnosis who need elective breast surgery; ? American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Level I ~ ?; ?Potential patients who can be successfully matched with the regional nerve block group based on age (±5 years), weight (±8 kg), and the same surgical method; ?No history of mental illness.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1)Regional nerve block group ?There are foci of infection in the skin and deep tissues at the puncture site; ? Those who have bleeding tendencies or are on anticoagulation therapy; ? Patients in pregnancy; ? Patients who are unable to communicate properly or are unable to cooperate; (2) General anesthesia group ?Patients with poor cardiopulmonary function or abnormal liver and kidney function; ?Allergic to narcotic drugs; ?Patients in pregnancy; ?Patients who refuse general anesthesia.
