Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) 60 years old and above; (2) Clear awareness and ability to communicate normally; (3) Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study; (4) The shortest course of the three high diseases exceeds six months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Individuals with severe mental or intellectual disabilities who are unable to communicate normally; (2) Individuals with a history of drug abuse, severe organ dysfunction, autoimmune diseases, malignant tumors, and systemic infections. (3) Patients who voluntarily withdrew or lost follow-up during the study period
