Observers:Physical therapists and nurses conduct two JH-HLM evaluations on enrolled subjects with an interval of more than 24 hours each

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Hospitalized patients willing to participate in cardiac rehabilitation for this study (sign informed consent form)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Bed rest due to medical advice; 2. Monitoring requires no movement (iABP for the following limbs); 3. Hemodynamic instability; 4. Expected discharge on the day of evaluation; 5. A history of resistance or lack of cooperation; 6. A mechanical lift is required to get out of bed.
