Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Men's Wushu Sanshou athlete, national level athlete or above. (2) Subjects were in good health with no injuries or illnesses, ate normally, and were non-smokers. (3) The study used the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), Epworth Drowsiness Scale to screen the subjects, and the recruited subjects had no sleep disorder problems and regular work and rest.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects who cannot complete the full experiment and have incomplete data will be excluded.
