Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Having normal gastric mucosa:regular pits with round openings in gastric corpus under confocal laser endomicroscopy; 2.Knowingly and voluntarily sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Vonlunteers with abdominal pain, reflux and dyspepsia were scored 4 points in GSRS; 2.Gastroscopy revealed gastric cancer, peptic ulcer, erosive gastritis (grade 2 and above), moderate and severe atrophic gastritis, dysplasia or other organic diseases of the gastrointestinal tract; 3.Previous or current urea breath test and serum H. pylori antibody positive individuals 4.Pepsinogen I = 70ug/L, or a ratio of pepsinogen I/II = 3 5. History of severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, liver and kidney insufficiency, endocrine disorder, hematopoietic dysfunction; 6. History of abdominal surgery (except appendectomy and cesarean section); 7. Severe anxiety or depression (GAD-7 or PHQ-9 >= 15 points); 8.Patients with bad habits of smoking and drinking; 9. Pregnant or lactating women in the medical history; 10. Allergic to sodium fluorescein; 11. Patients deemed unsuitable for participation in this clinical trial by the investigator.
