Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with single-segment lumbar disc herniation based on clinical presentation and imaging features; 2. With complete imaging data, including X-ray film, CT, MRI; 3. Patients without contraindications to surgery and with obvious indications for surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe organic lesions such as cardio-cerebral and renal diseases combined; 2. Patients with cognitive dysfunction in combination with central nervous system diseases; 3. Patients with lumbar instability, lumbar spondylolisthesis, and lumbar disc herniation caused by congenital scoliosis; 4. Patients with incomplete clinical information.
