Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? meet the evidence of ankle joint acute soft tissue injury qi stagnation blood stasis; ? Age 18-60 years old; ? Seek medical attention within 72 hours of joint injury; ? Drawer test and talus tilt test were negative. If it was suspected positive, anteroposterior and anteroposterior radiographs taken under compression of the ankle showed a tilt of the talus less than 10° and/or lateral radiographs showed a tilt of the talus less than 8mm, or a tilt difference of the talus less than 5° or a tilt difference of the talus less than 5mm compared with the healthy side could be included in the group. ?Those who did not participate in other drug clinical trials; ? Volunteer as the subject, sign the informed consent, and can accept the test drug dosage form, complete the full course of treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Ankle joint sprain with skin and soft tissue damage or ligament fracture requiring surgical repair and peripheral nerve injury; (2) Patients who discontinue or change therapeutic drugs and methods without consent during treatment; (3) Patients with rheumatism, rheumatoid disease, gout and other diseases affecting ankle joint activity; ? previous ankle joint dysfunction; ?Allergic to a variety of drugs and allergic constitution; ? Women who are breastfeeding, pregnant or preparing to become pregnant.
