Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with multidrug-resistant tuberculosis aged = 18 years were selected to be included in the group. According to the requirements of the Work Plan for the Prevention and Control of Multidrug resistant Pulmonary Tuberculosis (2012), the multidrug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis experts combined with the patient's medical history, chest imaging, laboratory and other related examinations, confirmed that the drug resistance test results were reported to at least the patients who were resistant to isoniazid and rifampicin at the same time. 2. The patient stated that they can adhere to completing 2 years of standardized medication and treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other major diseases (such as severe heart failure and kidney failure) that may affect disease treatment; Individuals with symptoms such as drug related allergies to the drugs involved in this study.
