12 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Class I&II malocclusion ?SNA=79°?SNB=84° (2)First premolar extraction treatmen and strong anchorage to reraction base on the clinical diagnosis required. (3)Permanent teeth have erupted. (4)There was no systemic disease of temporomandibular joint affecting orthodontic treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Older than 30 or younger than 12 (2)Class III malocclusion (3)Patients with systemic disease or bone dysplasia (4)Patients with progressive temporomandibular joint disease and severe periodontal disease (5)Poor self-discipline can not consciously wear the retainer as required
