Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients with clinically confirmed colonic polyps; ? Age =60 years old, =80 years old; ? History of hypertension, systolic blood pressure =140mmHg and diastolic blood pressure =90mmHg while taking antihypertensive drugs; ?BMI < 24 kg/m2;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? History of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (hypertensive heart disease, angina pectoris, myocardial infarction; Patients with history of cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction medical history, etc.); ? patients with hypersensitive airway and history of other respiratory diseases (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, chronic bronchitis, asthma, etc.); ? Abnormal liver and kidney function; ? limited neck movement; ?acute upper respiratory tract infection, pneumonia and other contraindications to anesthesia in the previous week; ?patients with nausea, vomiting caused by other factors.
