Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria were: (1) Patients aged = 18 years old with stage III or IV malignant tumors by TNM stage; (2) Patients enrolled in phase I clinical trials of new anticancer drugs; (3) Patients were mentally normal and had certain writing and understanding and expression skills; (4) Patients agreed to participate in this study, voluntarily enrolls, and signed the written informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria were: (1) Patients had a history of mental illness; (2) Patients withdrew from the trial treatment due to adverse events or disease progression; (3) Patient had severe visual, hearing and speech impairments.
