Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? 120 pre hospital emergency chest injury patients received from multiple centers; ? Age>16 years old and<65 years old; ? Determine whether the patient's systolic blood pressure is = 90mmHg; Physical examination revealed abnormal breathing; High flow nasal cannula oxygen saturation = 90%; ? The subject or legal representative is willing to enter the study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patient age65 years old; ? Previously experienced organ failure (previously diagnosed with heart failure, respiratory failure, liver failure, and kidney failure in a tertiary hospital); ? Systolic blood pressure90%; GLS score<13 points ? The subject does not agree to enter the study
