Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with gastric and colorectal tumors who undergo resection surgery and have been pathologically confirmed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with intellectual disabilities, unwilling or not suitable for post visit management service.
