Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: patients Exposed to high temperature and humidity environment or High intensity exercise factor; 2: Central nervous system dysfunction, core temperature exceeding 40 ?, multiple organ (= 2) functional damage, severe coagulation dysfunction or DIC 3: Age>16 years old or<65 years old 4: The subject or legal representative is willing to enter the study and sign an informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: Previously diagnosed with tumors and organ failure (previously diagnosed with heart failure, respiratory failure, liver failure, and kidney failure in a tertiary hospital) 2: Previous immune system diseases 3: Previous history of blood system diseases
