Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Healthy adults, half male and half female, non-pregnant and lactating mothers (2) Aged between 18~60 years old; (3) Body mass index (BMI): 18.5~24 kg/m2 (4) No history of diabetes (or impaired glucose tolerance) and family history, no family history of obesity, no other metabolic diseases, digestive diseases, endocrine system diseases and psychiatric diseases; (5) No history of food allergy and intolerance to be tested; (6) Not taking nutrient supplements that affect glucose tolerance, and not taking oral contraceptives, acetylsalicylic acid, steroids, protease inhibitors, antipsychotics and other drugs in the past 3 months; (7) Able to tolerate a fasting state for at least 10 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who are heavily physically active; (2) Those who have gastrointestinal diseases or are taking medication; (3) Those who faint from needles and blood; (4) history of allergy to cereals; (5) Those who have not signed the informed consent form;
