Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients treated with surgical resection for colorectal cancer: this study will include patients treated with surgical resection for colorectal cancer, including rectal cancer and colon cancer, and the surgical procedure can be open surgery, laparoscopic surgery, or robotic-assisted surgery. Postoperative pathologically confirmed colorectal cancer: for all patients included in the study, postoperative pathologic findings must confirm colorectal cancer. With detailed lymph node examination results: the pathology examination report must contain detailed lymph node examination results, including the number of lymph nodes, metastasis, degree of lymphatic vessel invasion and other indicators.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having other primary tumors: patients with other primary tumors at the same time will be excluded. Patients who have received radiotherapy or chemotherapy before surgery: patients who have received radiotherapy or chemotherapy before surgery may affect the lymph node metastasis and prognosis, so they will be excluded. Postoperative loss of visit or loss of important information: Patients with postoperative loss of visit or loss of important information will be excluded to ensure data integrity and reliability.
