Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Middle aged and elderly population aged 50 and above in the social health jurisdiction of Dapeng and Meilin Village 2. Participants voluntarily participate in the study and sign an informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cognitive impairment caused by other reasons who cannot complete follow-up; 2. Patients with severe systemic diseases, mental disorders, etc. who are unable to complete follow-up 3. The researchers believe that there are other reasons why they are not suitable to participate in this clinical study
