Interventions

Intensive treatment group:The intensive treatment group was treated with insulin pump intensive treatment, intensive lifestyle intervention and continuous glucose monitoring system.
Conventional treatment group:The conventional treatment group was treated with insulin pump routine treatment, conventional diabetic diet, exercise guidance and continuous glucose monitoring system.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The newly hospitalized patients with type 2 diabetes were diagnosed according to the Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes (2020), and were not treated with hypoglycemia, hyperlipidemia, and uric acid.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women, nursing women, stress, type 1 diabetes mellitus, severe liver disease, severe kidney disease, cardiac insufficiency, diabetic ketoacidosis, hyperosmolar hyperglycemia syndrome, pancreatitis, coronary heart disease, taking glucocorticoids and other endocrine diseases were excluded from the study.
