Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Middle aged and elderly people aged 50 and above within the jurisdiction of Dapeng New Area and Meilin Village Social Health Area. 2. The subjects voluntarily joined the study and were fully informed, and voluntarily signed the informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cognitive impairment caused by other reasons who cannot complete follow-up; 2. Patients with severe systemic diseases, mental disorders, etc. who are unable to complete follow-up 3.
