Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for the diagnosis of atopic dermatitis; 2.Age: =18 and =75 years; any gender; 3.Patients with AD in remission, i.e., previously diagnosed with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis and now with an investigator's global assessment (IGA) score = 2; 4.Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with acute onset of erosion, oozing, and secondary infection; 2. those who are allergic to this drug and its components; 3. patients who are currently participating in other clinical studies or have participated in other clinical studies within 3 months; 4. patients with skin diseases other than AD in the area to be treated; 5. patients with severe liver or kidney disease, hematologic disease, autoimmune disease, chronic severe infections, diabetes mellitus or god disease, drug or alcohol abuse, etc; 6. suffering from malignant tumors or other serious diseases that may affect the correct assessment of the efficacy of the treatment; 7. have used other immunosuppressive drugs topically and discontinued for < 1 week, discontinued systemic hormones or other immunosuppressive drugs (cyclosporine, methotrexate, tretinoin, etc.) for < 4 weeks, discontinued phototherapy for < 6 weeks; 8. Other reasons (e.g., poor adherence, inability to follow up as scheduled) that the investigator believes preclude enrollment.
