Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine and TCM syndrome differentiation criteria of uric acid nephropathy complicated with acute gout; 2. Chronic kidney disease stage 1-3(Glomerular filtration rate eGFR=30 ml/min, serum creatinine = 442umol/L); 3.Duration of the disease in the acute gout attack:The pain is tearing, cutting, or biting and unbearable. The affected joint and surrounding soft tissues are red and swollen, skin temperature rises, and tenderness is obvious. That is, "red, swelling, heat, pain" symptoms; 4. Age =18 years old; 5. Patients who have signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with serious organic diseases; 2. Patients with a history of essential oil allergy or serious adverse reactions, or those with severe allergy; 3. Have participated in other clinical studies; 4. There are other conditions, such as mental illness or cognitive impairment, that cannot cooperate with aromatic plant essential oil massage.
