Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Inclusion criteria : age = 18 years old ; 2 radical surgery for gastric cancer, in line with the diagnostic criteria of ' Chinese Clinical Oncology Society Gastric Cancer Diagnosis and Treatment Guideline 2022 '; 3 Volunteer to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Pneumonia was diagnosed before operation ; 2 palliative surgery for gastric cancer ; 3 There were signs of fever and pulmonary infection ; 3 shock, severe arrhythmia ; 4 limbs fracture or not perfect ; 5 Exit the researcher halfway.
