Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Signed and dated informed consent form Commitment to comply with the study procedures and co-operate with the implementation of the full course of the study First diagnosis of breast cancer 2-3 weeks after diagnosis, the multidisciplinary consultation protocol specifies acceptance of debulking treatment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Persons with a combination of severe impairment of the function of other vital organs; Those with cognitive dysfunction or various types of psychiatric disorders; Those who present with distant metastasis or recurrent malignant tumour lesions; Those who are uninformed about their condition.
