Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: a) Age over 18 years old. b) Can cooperate with experimental body collection and regular follow-up visits. c) The subjects fill out a written informed consent form and commit to cooperating with the study throughout the entire trial period.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? The subjects suffer from severe cardiovascular disease (myocardial infarction, heart failure), liver/kidney failure, and cancer. ? The subject has consumed probiotic related products (such as mushroom powder, yogurt, or other fermented foods) continuously (continuously for five days or more) within the past month. ? Individuals who have participated in other clinical trials and are currently using the investigational drug within the past month. ? Other individuals assessed by physicians as unsuitable for entry into the trial.
