20 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) First-time mothers with a single pregnancy aged 20-35 years old; (2) Gestational age 37-42 weeks; (3) Evaluate the absence of contraindications to vaginal trial of labor; (4) Willingness to undergo epidural labor analgesia and no contraindications to labor analgesia; (5) Entering labor naturally or entering labor after induction of labor.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Premature birth or multiple pregnancy; (2) Those with serious complications are not suitable for vaginal trial of labor and epidural labor analgesia; (3) Absolute cephalopelvic disproportion before delivery; (4) Trial labor with scarred uterus and vagina; (5) Those with mental illness or disorder.
