Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age 18-50 years old, male or female. ? Diagnosis of recurrent anterior dislocation after trauma. This will require at least two shoulder dislocations and a confirmatory physical examination, which can lead to forward glenohumeral instability and symptom recurrence. A standardized and repeatable Best-fit circle technique was used to define mild glenoid bone loss on computed tomography (CT). The circle will be drawn using an En-face view that approximated the normal glenoid after 3D reconstruction, including patients with more than 10% but less than 20% missing anterior glenoid. ? Satisfy informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with rotator cuff tear. ? History of shoulder joint surgery. According to the researchers' judgment, these patients may have problems in maintaining follow-up. ? Epilepsy. (5) Multidirectional instability diagnosis. ? Cases involving lawsuits or work-related injuries. The diagnosis of connective tissue disease (Ehler-Danlos, Marfans) or Beighton score > 6. ? Pregnant.
