Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients = 18 years of age; (2) Not participating in other clinical intervention trials; (3) Patients and family members gave informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Contraindications to activity (e.g., unstable fracture, spinal injury, recent acute myocardial infarction, or open abdominal wound); (2) Severe neurological injury or neuromuscular disease (e.g., Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS)) (3) Patients with intracranial hypertension (intracranial pressure consistently exceeding 200 mmH2O) (4) Patients weighing more than 200 Kg; (5) Patients with hemodynamic instability (systolic blood pressure 170 mmHg, heart rate 120 beats/min); (6) Patients with respiratory rate (RR) >35 breaths/min and SPO2 2 (able to perform bedside sitting training).
