Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients who plan to undergo breast cancer surgery under general anesthesia; 2) ASA classification: I-III; 3) Patients aged 18-65 years old 4) Those with a junior high school education level; 5) The patient has fully understood the nature of the study, voluntarily participated in the trial and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Those who refuse to participate in the test; 2) Have a long-term history of using analgesics or psychotropic drugs; 3) Abnormal anatomical structure of neck or shoulder; 4) Language communication barrier, unable to cooperate with the operator; 5) Body mass index = 30; 6) Unable to understand the VAS score and cooperate with the evaluator; 7) Heart block; 8) Preoperative Pittsburgh sleep quality score = 7; 9) Those who refuse to use analgesia pump; 10) For any reason, the researchers believe that there are any circumstances that are not suitable for selection
