Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age =18 years old; 2. Voriconazole was used for the first time and the course of treatment was =7 days; 3. Informed consent to participate in the study and sign the informed consent voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with existing central nervous system disease before receiving voriconazole; 2. Patients with central nervous system symptoms that may be caused by drug combination; 3. Patients whose metabolism of voriconazole was seriously affected by drug combination; 4. Pregnant or lactating patients; 5. Patients with intellectual and language communication barriers who cannot cooperate with consultation; 6. Patients addicted to smoking, alcohol, coffee and drugs.
