High risk group:The frequency of telephone follow-up was increased, twice a day after discharge until 7 days after surgery, and the application of analgesic drugs was increased

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? The patient was = 60 years old with basic communication and understanding ability; ? met the diagnosis of benign ovarian fallopian tube lesion; ? expected operation time of =1 hour; ? patient and family gave informed consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Abnormal cognitive function; ? unable to communicate accurately in language; ? history of allergy to analgesic drugs used in this study; ? had psychiatric disorders.
