BCI Group:Brain-computer interface rehabilitation training
TMS+BCI Group:Brain-computer interface rehabilitation training was performed after induction by transcranial magnetic stimulation.
BCI+TMS Group:Brain-computer interface rehabilitation training followed by transcranial magnetic stimulation intensive therapy

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) the diagnosis was in accordance with Chinese guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2018 and Chinese guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of Cerebral Hemorrhage 2019, and patients with cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage were diagnosed by CT or MRI; 2) patients with hemiplegia occurred for the first time; 3) patients aged 18-75 years old; 4) patients with stable vital signs, clear consciousness and normal cognitive function were able to cooperate with treatment and evaluation; 5) the patient or his family signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) those who have magnetic stimulation contraindications such as cardiac pacemaker implantation, intracranial metal implantation and coronary artery stent implantation; 2) those with a history of epilepsy or first-degree relatives who have a history of idiopathic epilepsy or have used epileptogenic drugs; 3) those with severe dysfunction of heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organs; 4) those with disturbance of consciousness; 5) those with severe cognitive and communication disorders. 6) patients with peripheral nerve injury caused by trauma, infection, inflammation, metabolism and poisoning; 7) pregnant women; 8) those whose condition worsened and could not tolerate magnetic stimulation.
