Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 ) The patients were diagnosed as Parkinson 's disease according to the diagnostic criteria of the Movement Disorder Society ( MDS ) by the experts of the Department of Neurology, Fujian Medical University Union Hospital before operation. 2 ) In line with the indications of DBS surgery described in the DBS guidelines for Parkinson 's disease, and the improvement rate of acute levodopa shock test was > 30 % ; 3 ) The operation method was completed according to the standardized operation procedure of deep brain stimulation in Fujian Medical University Union Hospital. All of them were STN implantation. After operation, the thin layer CT of the brain was fused with the preoperative plan to ensure the accurate location of the implantation. 4 ) Voluntary to participate in the study and signed informed consent, with the collection of clinical data. 5 ) 1 month after STN-DBS surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 ) secondary Parkinson 's disease ( such as traumatic, drug-induced, tumor, vascular, toxic Parkinson 's disease and idiopathic normal pressure hydrocephalus ) or Parkinson 's disease plus syndrome ; 2 ) Other diseases with gait disorders ( such as spinal cord joint injury, muscle spasm, stroke, peripheral neuropathy, muscle disease, hydrocephalus, cognitive impairment ) ; ( 3 ) organ ( such as heart, lung, liver, kidney ) failure, malignant tumor, unstable or serious internal disease ; 4 ) severe mental illness ; 5 ) Non-cooperative behavior ; 6 ) Unable to tolerate the experiment.
