Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who aged 18-80 years old and in high risk of shock induced by trauma, sepsis, blood loss, allergy, myocardial infarction,heart failure and postoperative low cardiac output syndrome,were enrolled into this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with congenital heart disease,heart valve disease,valve replacement,artificial pacemaker, serious arrhythmia,cardiac arrest and maternal were excluded from this study.
