Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntarily participate in this study, and sign the informed consent and date of the study. This study is a registration platform study, and different subgroups (such as patients with sleep disorders combined with chronic disease and patients with sleep disorders combined with heart failure, etc.) will be established according to the needs of subsequent studies, and the inclusion conditions and sample size of each subgroup will be defined or adjusted accordingly on the above inclusion criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have received/are receiving/plan to receive solid organ transplantation; 2. Active malignancies requiring drug treatment at the time of screening; 3. People with serious mental disorders.
